My experience with Maxtool was not what I expected...

My experience with Maxtool was not what I expected. The tools I purchased were not up to par and did not meet my expectations. Additionally, the customer service was lacking and my concerns were not properly addressed. I was disappointed with my overall experience with Maxtool.
