I had a mixed experience with Solihull mbc. While some of their services were satisfactory, there were a few instances where I faced challenges in getting the information I needed. The customer service representatives were not always helpful, and I had to rely on the website solihull.gov.uk for most of the information. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
