The pilates classes at Tehila's studio are fantastic! The instructors are amazing, they really know how to create challenging and effective workouts. The atmosphere is welcoming and the studio is clean and well-maintained. I've been attending classes here for a while now and have seen a noticeable improvement in my core strength and flexibility. Definitely recommend!
