I recently came across this company while searching for promotional items for my business. I must say, I had an average experience with them. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a decent variety of products to choose from. However, I was slightly disappointed with the pricing. While some items were reasonably priced, others seemed a bit overpriced compared to similar products offered by other companies. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. The representatives were polite and helpful, but I felt like they could have been more proactive in answering my questions. The delivery of my order was prompt and the items were of decent quality. Overall, I would rate this company as average. There are plenty of other options out there with similar products and better pricing.
