I recently had the opportunity to work with this company for my insurance needs and overall, my experience was average. 🤷‍♂️ The company website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the information I needed. However, there were a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected for a response from their customer service team. 😕 The representatives I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable, but I felt that there could have been more proactive communication throughout the process. The pricing of their insurance services was competitive, but I also found that there were a few additional fees that were not initially disclosed. 🧐 Overall, my experience with this company was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and transparency. 💼
