I recently had the opportunity to work with a design and construction company for a home renovation project, and Bruen Design Build was the company I decided to go with. While my experience with them was decent, there were a few areas where they fell short.

Their website, bruendesignbuild.com, was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their services. However, when it came to communication, there were times where I felt a lack of responsiveness. It took longer than expected to receive updates on the progress of my project.

In terms of the final outcome, the quality of their work was average. While they completed the renovation within the agreed-upon timeframe, there were a few minor details that were overlooked.

Overall, I would rate Bruen Design Build as average. They delivered the project within the expected timeframe, but better communication and attention to detail could have enhanced the overall experience.
