Caribbean Microfinance Alliance provided me with a loan when I needed it the most. The application process was relatively straightforward, although it took a bit longer than expected to get approved. The customer service was decent, but I found that some of the staff members seemed a bit disinterested in assisting me. Overall, I would say the experience was average, and I may consider exploring other options in the future.
