I had a mixed experience with a logistics company recently. While the overall service was decent, there were a few issues that I encountered. The customer support was unresponsive at times, and there were delays in the delivery of my packages. However, once the issues were addressed, the company made efforts to rectify the situation. Although it wasn't a perfect experience, I appreciate their efforts to resolve the problems.
