As a recent borrower, my experience with this lending group was satisfactory. The application process was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the interest rates and fees were higher than I anticipated, making the overall loan cost quite expensive. The customer service was responsive, but at times I felt like I had to chase them for updates. The website was user-friendly and provided helpful resources, but it could benefit from more detailed information about the loan products. Overall, my experience was average.
