The catering service provided by Encore is decent 👍🏻, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The website is user-friendly and has a wide range of culinary options. However, the food quality was just average. Some dishes lacked flavor and were disappointing 😕. The delivery was on time and the presentation was presentable 😊. The staff was polite and attentive, but didn't go the extra mile to make the experience exceptional. Price-wise, it's a bit on the higher end 💰. I expected a more unique and memorable dining experience, but sadly it fell short. I might consider giving it another shot to see if the quality improves, but for now, it's a middle-of-the-road choice for catering needs.
