I have been a customer of Neighbors Federal Credit Union for the past five years and I must say that their service has been average. While they are reliable and I have never had any issues with them, there is nothing exceptional about their products or customer service. The website is easy to navigate and their online banking platform is user-friendly. However, I feel that they could work on improving their interest rates on savings accounts and offering more competitive loan rates. Overall, Neighbors Federal Credit Union is an okay option for banking, but there are better alternatives out there.
