I recently used this company's services and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about the services offered. The technicians arrived on time and were professional in their approach. However, the quality of the service was just average, nothing exceptional. The issue I had was resolved, but it took longer than expected. I found the pricing to be slightly on the higher side compared to similar services in the market. Communication during the process could have been improved as I had to initiate contact for updates. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but not outstanding. I would consider using their services again if needed, but might also explore other options in the future.
