The company really did an okay job with my chimney repairs. The technicians were polite and professional, which was nice. They arrived on time and completed the work within the estimated timeframe. However, there were a few issues that disappointed me. Firstly, the website was not very user-friendly, and it took me a while to find the information I needed. Secondly, the pricing was a bit higher than I expected, especially considering the average quality of the work. Lastly, the customer service could be improved. I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, which was frustrating. Overall, I would rate the company as average. They did an acceptable job with the repairs, but there are definitely areas where they could improve to provide a better customer experience.
