I recently hired Pic Solutions LLC to handle my IT needs, and overall, I had a decent experience. The team was responsive and able to address most of my concerns. However, there were a few issues that took longer to resolve than expected, and I felt that communication could have been better. Nonetheless, they did provide satisfactory solutions in the end.
