Salestools provides an average set of features. The tool itself is quite useful but lacks innovation. The dashboard is fairly simple and easy to understand, but there's room for improvement in terms of customization and personalization. The customer support was prompt and helpful, but I expected more from the overall experience. It's an okay tool for now.
