I have been using their CitizenServ software for Putnam County Fl
It’s meh. I find it clunky. Slow, lots of documents missing. Lack of technical support for citizen users. Citizen version does not link to Google Maps. No App for iPhone.
I give it a 3 puker 🤮🤮🤮
