As a customer, I found the online platform to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was disappointed with the lack of in-depth information available, and the search results were not as comprehensive as I had hoped. The website design was outdated, and the overall experience felt a bit lackluster. On the positive side, the customer service was responsive and helpful in addressing my queries. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of content and website functionality. Hopefully, the company can consider revamping their website to provide a more robust and efficient service for their users. Overall, my experience was average. 😐
