I recently started pilates at Tehila's studio and it has been an incredible experience! The instructors are knowledgeable and the classes are always engaging. The studio is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to exercise in. I am already noticing improvements in my strength and flexibility. Highly recommend Tehila's pilates!
