As a customer of the engineering company, I found their services to be quite average. Although they have a wide range of expertise in various fields, I encountered some communication issues during the project. The website was informative and well-designed, allowing me to gather the necessary information about their services and portfolio. However, the response time to my inquiries was slower than expected. Additionally, there were a few delays in the project, which affected the overall timeline. On a positive note, the professionals at the company have excellent technical skills, and their work was thorough and precise. While they did a decent job, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and timeliness. Overall, it was an average experience with some positives and negatives.
