I recently used this self storage service while moving homes, and my experience was fairly average. The website was easy to navigate, making it simple for me to find the information I needed. However, the overall customer service was average as well. The staff seemed knowledgeable but lacked warmth and friendliness. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but I was somewhat disappointed by the limited storage options available. The prices were somewhat reasonable, but I was hoping for more competitive rates. Despite the average experience, the security measures put in place were satisfactory, giving me peace of mind about the safety of my belongings. While I wasn't completely blown away by this self storage service, it served its purpose adequately.
