I recently rented a car from Port City Rentals and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The reservation process was simple, and I appreciated the variety of vehicles available for rent. However, the customer service could have been better. The staff seemed indifferent and lacked enthusiasm during the pickup and drop-off process. The car itself was clean and in decent condition, although it could have used a bit more maintenance. The pricing was fair, but I did notice that additional charges were added without clear explanations. Despite these shortcomings, I was able to complete my trip without major issues. If Port City Rentals focuses on improving customer service and providing more transparency with pricing, they could become a top rental option.
