I recently used a heating and cooling service from an HVAC company on protechgr.com. While their website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services, I found their overall performance to be average. The technician who came to my house was friendly and professional, but I felt that the service was not exceptional. They resolved the issue with my heating system, but it took longer than anticipated and I had to follow up multiple times for updates. Additionally, their pricing was slightly higher compared to other service providers in the area. I appreciate their effort in getting the job done, but my overall experience wasn’t outstanding. 🏠💨💰
