I had a decent experience using the mobile ticket app. While it was fairly easy to navigate and use, I encountered a few glitches when trying to purchase tickets. The customer support team was able to help me resolve the issue, but it was a bit frustrating. Overall, the app could use some improvements to be more user-friendly.
