I recently hired a data protection officer from this company for my business. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found the overall service to be average. The communication with the data protection officer was not as prompt as I would have liked, and there were some delays in getting the necessary paperwork and documents sorted. However, I appreciate that they did provide a comprehensive analysis of our data protection measures and helped us implement necessary changes. The fees charged by the company were reasonable and in line with industry standards. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was average. They delivered what was expected, but there were areas where they could have improved in terms of responsiveness and timeliness.
