As a CUSTOMER, I recently had the pleasure of booking a vacation with Exclusive Holidays Limited. I must say, it was an average experience overall. The website was user-friendly, and the booking process was smooth. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The staff was friendly but not very responsive to my queries. I hope they can improve on this aspect. On the positive side, the destination they recommended was beautiful, and the accommodation provided was comfortable. I would consider using their services again in the future, but I hope for a better customer service experience. Overall, I rate Exclusive Holidays Limited as average.
