My experience with the Student Housing Administration Council (SHAC) of the UW-Milwaukee has been fairly positive. The staff is attentive and prompt in addressing any concerns. The apartment was in good condition when I moved in, and any maintenance issues were taken care of promptly. However, I would appreciate better communication about community events and updates.
