I have been a customer of de Horeca Groep (HGL) for a long time, and I must say their service is average. While the quality of their products is good, their customer support is lacking. The staff doesn't seem to be well-trained and often gives incorrect information. It is frustrating to deal with such issues constantly. I hope they improve their customer service soon.
