I recently had the opportunity to work with a protection and advocacy organization. The experience was disappointing, to say the least. The communication was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing the assistance they claimed to offer. I decided to look elsewhere for help and found a much more reliable and responsive organization. I would recommend exploring other options before considering Vermont Protection and Advocacy.
