Big City CrossFit is an excellent place to go if you're looking for a challenging workout. The trainers are knowledgeable and push you to your limits without being too pushy. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of equipment to use. I've seen great results since joining and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape.
