I recently joined a fitness club and found their website to be user-friendly and informative. However, the overall experience was quite average. The facilities were well-maintained, but the staff seemed disinterested and could have been more welcoming. I also noticed some inconsistencies with the class schedules, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the variety of workout equipment was impressive, and I appreciated the clean and spacious environment. The location was convenient with ample parking, which was a plus. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and schedule accuracy. I hope to see some positive changes in the future. 💪🏋️‍♂️
