I have been practicing yoga for several years now, and Carrboro yoga company is by far one of the best studios I have ever attended. The instructors are skilled and attentive, providing clear instructions and modifications as needed. The class schedule is varied and flexible, making it easy to find a time that works for me. The studio itself is clean and inviting, with plenty of props and equipment available. I appreciate the inclusive and non-judgmental atmosphere, which allows me to fully relax and focus on my practice. Highly recommend!
