I recently made a purchase of a used machine online. The transaction was smooth, and the machine arrived in good condition. However, I wasn't impressed with the customer support I received. They were slow to respond and didn't provide satisfactory solutions to some issues I encountered. Nevertheless, the machine itself is working fine, so I can't complain too much.
