I am a long-time customer of Jefferson County Teachers Credit Union, and I must say that their services are average. The website is easy to navigate, and the online banking system is quite efficient. However, I find it frustrating that their customer service is often slow to respond to queries. Overall, I would rate them as an average credit union.
