I recently visited the company's urgent care center and I must say that my experience was just average. The website was easy to navigate with all the necessary information readily available. The staff was friendly and greeted me promptly upon arrival. However, the waiting time was slightly longer than expected, and the reception area was a bit crowded.

Once I was called in, the medical professionals were knowledgeable and addressed my concerns efficiently. However, I felt that they lacked a personal touch and could have been more thorough in explaining my diagnosis and treatment plan.

Overall, the company's urgent care services were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of waiting times and patient communication. I would consider giving them another chance in the future, but at the moment, I would rate my experience as average.
