I recently purchased a new water filter system from an online retailer. The product itself is great, but the customer service was lacking. It took forever to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I finally did, the representative was not very helpful. I wish I had gone with Aqu8 instead, as I've heard great things about their customer service.
