I have been a regular customer at Ymca Newark and Sherwood for a few months now and I must say that I am really impressed with their services. The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The trainers are experienced and provide personalized workout plans. The group fitness classes are energetic and fun. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent.
