As a customer, I found the legal services provided by this firm to be average. While the lawyer was knowledgeable and professional, I felt that the communication could have been more proactive. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my case, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, I found the fees to be on the higher side compared to other firms offering similar services. On a positive note, the lawyer was attentive to my concerns during our meetings and did provide valuable advice. Overall, I would say that the experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of client communication and cost transparency.
