I recently had some sessions at the psychotherapy and psychoanalysis clinic, and overall, it was a decent experience. The therapists were knowledgeable and provided some helpful insights, but I felt that some of their approaches were not as effective for me. Nonetheless, I appreciate their efforts and commitment to helping their clients.
