I recently worked with a real estate company to find my dream home and chose Capital Park Realty's services. Their website, cparkre.com, was user-friendly and provided detailed property listings in my desired location. The agents were knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. However, I found the overall experience to be average. While the communication was prompt, there were times when I had to follow up for updates. Additionally, I feel like the company could have been more proactive in suggesting properties that matched my preferences. Nevertheless, they did arrange property viewings efficiently and guided me through the purchasing process smoothly. The level of professionalism was satisfactory, although I didn't have that "wow" factor that I was expecting. In conclusion, Capital Park Realty offers a decent experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of proactive customer service and personalized property recommendations.
