I recently used the services of this company for a water treatment project. The website was informative, making it easy to understand their solutions. However, the customer service was average. I had some difficulties getting timely responses to my inquiries. 🤔 Also, I found the pricing slightly higher compared to other options. On the positive side, the technology they used seemed efficient and effective. Overall, a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service and pricing. 🌊
