I had high expectations for Speak, but unfortunate...

I had high expectations for Speak, but unfortunately, they fell short. The quality of their courses is mediocre, and the teachers lack enthusiasm. The customer service is subpar, with slow response times. I regret choosing Speak as my language learning platform.
