I recently switched to a new electric provider and I'm very happy with the service. The rates are competitive and the customer service is excellent. I have found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the online account management tools that make it easy to keep track of my usage and pay my bills. Overall, I would highly recommend them.
