I recently used the services of a private jet brokerage based in Dallas, and my experience was average. While the website was user-friendly and provided some useful information, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and I didn't feel like the company went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Additionally, the pricing seemed a bit on the high side compared to other options in the market. Overall, I would consider using them again if the pricing and customer service improved, but for now, I will be exploring other options for my future travel needs.
