I recently used the services of this title company and found their website to be quite user-friendly. It was easy to navigate through the different sections and find the information I needed. However, I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience. The customer service was average at best, as the staff seemed a bit indifferent and not very proactive in addressing my concerns. The turnaround time for the title search was also longer than expected, causing a slight delay in the closing process. On the positive side, the fees charged were reasonable compared to other companies in the market. In conclusion, while the website was efficient, the average customer service and slower processing times left me somewhat dissatisfied with the overall experience.
