I recently purchased a crushing and screening equipment from this company, and overall, my experience was average. 😐 The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about the products, which was helpful in making my decision. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and once I did, the representative seemed disinterested and lacking in knowledge. 😕 Additionally, the delivery of the equipment was delayed by a few days, causing inconvenience for my project timeline. On a positive note, the quality of the equipment itself was satisfactory, and it has been performing well so far. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average due to the mixed customer service and delayed delivery.
