I had a mixed experience with Orness Design Group Inc. The initial consultation and design process went smoothly and I was happy with the communication and responsiveness. However, I encountered some issues with the final implementation and it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, they did a decent job, but there is definitely room for improvement.
