I recently purchased a boat from this company and my experience was fairly average. The website is user-friendly and provides good information about the products. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness and follow-up. The boat itself is of decent quality, but I encountered a few minor issues upon delivery. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there are definitely areas where the company could improve to provide a more satisfying customer experience.
