I recently hired a contractor for a home renovation project and I stumbled upon a website, jacocontracting.com. The design and layout of the website were user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall communication with the company to be average. 🤔 The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and there were some misunderstandings during the project. The quality of work was decent, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. In the end, the project was completed, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and attention to detail. Overall, the experience was okay, but not outstanding.
