I have been a customer of Jacksonville Firemen's Credit Union for several years now, and I have always been impressed with their exceptional service and knowledgeable staff. The rates they offer on loans and savings accounts are very competitive, and I appreciate the convenience of their online banking platform. The only area where I think they could improve is in their mobile app, which could use some additional features and a more user-friendly interface.
