I recently took a trip with Saima travels and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the journey. The accommodations provided were comfortable and clean. The tour guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting insights about the places we visited. The only downside was the limited food options available during the trip. I would rate my experience as average.
